One prepaid parcel up to 10 kg, or up to four prepaid grocery bags totalling 10 kg, from one nearby pickup point. You pay the provider.

No shopping, advances or substitutions. All prices are Australian dollars; no GST is currently charged.

Scope and booking essentials

Visual observations and agreed practical tasks only. Property Custodian WA does not provide property or tenancy management, security patrols, alarm monitoring, emergency response, building or technical inspections, trade supervision or workmanship approval. You engage and pay trades directly.

For available standard packages, choose your service and extras, set the number of visits, provide your property information, read and accept the full agreement, then pay by card. You select attendance days; we arrange the times and contact you privately for access details after payment. An order acknowledgement records your purchase; safe access and authority are checked before entry. Bank transfer is available through an invoice on request. Tailored enquiries receive a proposal before acceptance and payment.
