Trade Access
For owners who need authorised property access provided to a trade or service provider they have engaged.

Additional Trade Access time: $60 per started 30 minutes, where agreed.

Included practical tasks
Where appropriate and within the time available for your selected attendance:
- Mail collection
- Bin set-out
- Bin return during the same attendance

- Agreed arrival or departure task
- Garden and pool visual observation
- Other straightforward nominated practical tasks
Paid additions
Separate Bin Return
$125 per separate attendance. Choose this where bins need to be returned on a different day and a separate property attendance is required. If bins are returned during another booked attendance, a separate return charge does not apply.
Prepaid Parcel or Grocery Collection
$75 per selected attendance. One prepaid parcel up to 10 kg, or up to four prepaid grocery bags totalling 10 kg, from one nearby pickup point. You pay the provider.
No shopping, advances or substitutions.
Additional Property Attendance Time
$45 per started 30 minutes, where required.
Travel
Enter the full property address when building your service.
Any applicable travel charge will be calculated automatically and shown before payment.
Properties requiring individual travel pricing will be directed to Tailored Enquiry.
What this service covers
Agreed visual observations and practical tasks in accessible areas. Observations do not identify hidden faults, certify safety or replace a building or technical inspection.
Property or tenancy management, security patrols, alarm monitoring, emergency response, technical trade supervision and workmanship approval are outside the service. Cleaning, repairs, gardening, pool care and pet care are not included.

Your report records arrival and departure, task outcomes, relevant photographs, visible concerns and decisions needed.
Reports are sent by the end of the next business day. Urgent visible concerns are communicated promptly when safe.
